- DIRECTOR -
Ky Daisey
Kylie “Ky” Daisey is a Junior at The College majoring in Theater Performance and Is Just Happy So To Be Here! Deathtrap was their first directing credit, and they are so excited to be back with the team! They have previously filled Assistant Director roles in the College's production of Men on Boats and PURE Theatre's production of The Lehman Trilogy. They would like to thank their stage management team, Cheyenne and Grace, for being the glue holding Ky and this show together!

Cheyenne Comitz
Cheyenne Comitz is a rising senior at the College of Charleston majoring in Theatre and English concentrating in theatre studies and creative writing. She was last seen off stage directing The Rats by Madelein Hanson for Center Stage’s Fringe Festival. Her short play, Homesick, was featured during The Pages Festival and will be performed again for Cofc’s Piccolo Spoleto Under the Lights. She’d like to thank the entire cast and crew (especially Grace and Ky) for being awesome during Deathtrap’s second run under the sun.
Grace Albertson
Grace Albertson is working towards an Arts Management degree at The College. They have been seen this year working on Men on Boats (assistant stage manager), The Pages festival (stage manager), and currently Under The Lights (stage manager) with Main Stage, as well as As I Was, Not As I Am (stage manager), and the workshop production of Deathtrap (assistant stage manager) with Center Stage. They would like to thank Cheyenne and Ky for their unrelenting passion and kindness throughout this production, and Caroline Walls for keeping them sane through it all.

Isabella Gardner
Isabella Gardner is a rising senior Theatre and Arts Management double major, and a reprising her role as fight choreographer! She is is spending Spoleto moving the scene shop into the new Simmons Center, managing tickets at the George Street Box Office, and acting in In Love and Death, a later performance in the Stelle Di Domani. Isabella would like to remind her actors to enjoy the dance! So proud of you all!

Bristol Barnes
Bristol Barnes graduated this past May with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre (Performance and Scenic/Lighting Design) and a minor in Film Studies. Having served as the Director of Communications for Center Stage this past year, she’s happy to finish out her run with the organization with Deathtrap! Previous scenic design credits include: There’s Always Tomorrow (Piccolo Spoleto), Firebringer (Center Stage), Two Gentlemen of Verona (Mainstage), Swing of the Sea (Center Stage & Piccolo Spoleto). When she isn’t designing, she’s directing for the stage and the screen. Previous theatrical directorial credits include: The Importance of Being Earnest (Assistant Director, Mainstage), Hurricane Diane (Center Stage), and Proof (Center Stage). She has also directed several short films in her time, including Mickey vs. The Passage of Time, which won first place at the CofC Student Film Festival this past April. She would like to thank JD Stallings, Eli Salas, Madison Berry, and Max Meyers for their continued support and willingness to put up with her as a designer and her endless requests.

Claire Arnold
Claire Arnold is a senior at the College of Charleston, majoring in Studio Art with a minor in Art History. She is also working on finishing her A.B Classics degree. This her first time costume designing for a full production, and first time on crew! Her past productions include acting in Centerstage’s 5 Women Wearing the Same Dress (Francis) and Mainstage’s Everybody(various roles). Claire is thrilled to put her artistic skills to use alongside such an incredible team. She would like to thank the directors, the wonderful cast and crew, and Centerstage for this amazing and creative opportunity!

Reed Reed
Reed Reed is a rising senior at the College of Charleston majoring in Computing in the Arts. They have had previous Lighting endeavors for Main Stage’s Pathways and Center Stage’s As I was, Not as I am. Reed would like to thank the wonderful cast, crew, and the Center Stage Board for the work they have put into this production.

Eli Salas
Eli Salas (sound designer) is a recent technical theatre graduate of CofC. This is his 2nd time sound designing for Center Stage. He was most recently assistant technical director for the college's production of The Importance of Being Earnest. He is glad to close out his college designer career with this show

Sarah Poteat
Sarah Poteat (she/they) is a sophomore at College of Charleston. Sarah is double majoring in French and Francophone studies and Theatre with a performance concentration. You might have seen them on stage in Center Stage’s production of The Rocky Horror Picture Show shadowcast. She is ecstatic to be prop designing her third Center Stage show and they are so grateful to work alongside such incredibly talented people. She would like to thank all her friends and their endless support, and her cat, Azriel.

Aidan Wunderley*
Aidan Wunderley is a rising senior theatre major at the College of Charleston. This is Aidan’s first time designing a full length play. Aidan’s other recent theatre involvement includes stage managing CofC Mainstage’s spring dance concert, Pathways and co-directing Center Stage’s production of Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind by Greg Allen. Aidan is very grateful for this opportunity to explore a different side of theatre.

Morgan Kelly* - Clifford Anderson
Morgan Kelly is a rising senior at the College majoring in English with a concentration in Writing, Rhetoric, and Publication and a minor in history. This is their third time performing with Center Stage, having played Eddie in the 2023 production of The Rocky Horror Picture Show shadow cast and Emberly in Firebringer in Spring 2023. They were supposed to perform in the February 2024 run of Deathtrap as Porter Milgrim, but fell ill—being the sickly Victorian child they are—and are especially excited for another chance to perform this show. Morgan would like to thank the production team for putting enough faith in their immune system to cast them again.
Caleb Anderson - Sidney Bruhl
Caleb Anderson is a rising sophomore at the College of Charleston studying theatre with a concentration in theatre studies. He is overly excited to reprise his role as Sidney and cannot wait for everyone to see the show! He would like to thank CenterStage for providing the opportunity, the lovely actors he worked with on this, the amazing designers who helped piece together the show, and of course the audiences who come to watch. I drink the prop blood backstage for sustenance. (I am legally required to tell you I actually don’t, I just lied for a joke)
Journey Townsend - Myra Bruhl
Journey Townsend is a rising sophomore is super excited to join the Deathtrap crew. This is their third production with Center Stage. This past school year you may have also seen them in As I was Not as I am as Zarya as well as Too much Light makes the Baby go Blind as an ensemble member.
Kairi Cook - Porter Milgrim
Kairi Cook Is a rising senior at the college majoring in Elementary Education. You have previously seen her in the fringe festival as Faith in in boiling Springs as well as in the ensemble of Too much light makes the baby go blind. Kairi would like to thank the wonderful cast and crew of deathtrap for this amazing opportunity!
Phoenix Brown - Helga ten Dorp
Phoenix Brown is an alumnus of the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Theatre with a concentration in performance. You may have last seen them in cofc’s main stage productions, Men on Boats as Johnson and in the stage reading of In Love and Warcraft. They were in Center Stage’s workshop of Deathtrap (Helga Ten Dorp). They were also in Center Stage’s production of As I Was, Not As I Am (Jeanine), Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind (ensemble member), and were also a part of the Fringe Festival. They would like to thank the fantastic directors and amazing cast members for this wonderful experience.
